Before Visa Filing: Only the Embassy fees will be refunded.

After Visa Filing: No refund will be issued.

To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team at sales@legalvisa.in within the eligible refund period.

Provide your order number, a clear explanation of the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation if necessary.

3. Refund Approval:

Once your request is received, we will review it to determine eligibility.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.

4. Exclusions from Refund:

Certain products or services may not be eligible for a refund. These include but are not limited to Government fee, Processing fee, If Applicable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund within a reasonable timeframe, first check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
